Cada solicitud de ayuda se le asigna un número único que se puede utilizar para rastrear el progreso y respuestas en línea. Para su información, le proporcionamos archivos completos y la historia de todas sus solicitudes de apoyo. Se requiere una dirección de email válida.

For reservations, you will be asked to fill-out and attach the following items:

  • Voucher Codes and Security Codes (for MetroDeal customers)
  • Travel Dates
  • Traveller/s Full Name
  • Government-Issued Valid ID

Please note, our customer support hours are as follows: Mondays to Fridays only, 9am until 6pm. Any support request sent after office hours or during the weekends will be answered on the next business day.
