Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Incidental Deposit?
All hotels require customers to pay an incidental deposit (a.k.a. incidental charge or security deposit) upon check-in. The amount will be returned to the customer upon check-out if they did not incur any extra charges during their stay.
For Philippine destinations, hotels accept cash and credit cards. Make sure to have Philippine Pesos as not all local hotels/resorts can accept any currency (maybe with the exception of the US Dollar). As for credit cards, you will only be billed during check-out for any incidental damages.
For international destinations, hotels accept cash, traveller's cheques, and credit cards. If possible, have your currency converted to the US Dollar or to the local currency of the country you are visiting. Not all overseas hotels accept Philippine Pesos.
If you want to know how much is the incidental deposit in the hotel/resort that you will be staying during your travels, you may contact the hotel/resort directly or request for assistance from one of our customer service representatives for the info.
